Because we onboard a lot of clients and we want to see you get off to a great start, it's helpful for you and I both to follow a few steps to get you started right.

Please add your details below and we will configure your CRM account for your business. TIMEFRAME: If we are completing a CRM setup only (not combined with other projects like ad management, Facebook setup, etc.,) please allow approximately 5 - 8 business days. If we are completing multiple projects for you, we have already outlined your estimated completion date. Your domain provider login and password (used for setting up your email and/or your website and landing page) e.g. the company where you purchased your business URL - www.mybusinessdomain.com.

A2P Brand and Campaign Verification

The major phone companies require that your Business (known as a 'brand') be submitted, and approved or 'verified' along with submitting a sample of the type of campaign that you will be submitting. This is one of the many processes that we provide as part of your set up with REI Software. The third party verification company charges a fee of $20.95 (as of Nov. 2023) and we do not mark this fee up in any way. The amount that is charged to your credit card on file for this process is paid directly to the verification company that represents TMobile, AT&T, and Verizon.

We can help you submit your account for the A2P Brand and Campaign Registration. If you are registering an LLC, please share with us a copy of your EIN letter so we can update the information needed for the registration.

We strongly recommend that you review it and you may have a legal professional review to ensure that the Templates align with your specific needs and operational requirements. If we are providing a done-for-you set up service, please provide us with any edits prior to deployment of your service. You will have access after the initial deployment so that you can make future edits, if needed.

By using our Templates, you acknowledge that either you or a legal professional has thoroughly reviewed the Templates and confirmed that they meet the unique needs and criteria of your business. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the Templates are suitable for your operations, and by utilizing them, you release us from any and all liability arising from their use, including any legal or business-related issues that may occur as a result of their implementation.

We will forward calls from the CRM to your phone#. What cell phone# would you like your calls forwarded to from the CRM? *

Every account has a 'wallet' that is used for paying for your phone number(s), for paying for calls and SMS. Your credit card on file is initially charged with $20 to fund the wallet. Your phone number(s) and the associated charges for calls/SMS come out of the phone wallet. When the balance falls below $10, the system will initiate a reload of the wallet in the amount of $10. Note - The amount can fluctuate slightly above $10 depending on the number of texts and calls between the reload and when the balance falls below $10. For example, you may see a charge of $10.21. That is simply any additional charges incurred between when the balance hit $10 and the processing of the credit card to top-off the account. You can see a full reconciliation of the billing in our billing portal. Inbound and outbound SMS are charged at $0.012 per message segment. Each message segment consists of 160 characters. $0.0136/min to receive a call and $0.0208/min to make a call. *

CALL RECORDING: REI Software allows you to easily record telephone conversations with your clients. This feature is especially useful for reviewing calls later to prepare for follow-up conversations. It also helps streamline team collaboration by enabling you to share call recordings with other team members, analyze sales calls, and more.

Please note that call recordings incur very small 'micro' storage fee of $0.0005 per minute of recording stored per month. Estimated cost: if you store 100 minutes of calls every day, you'll pay around $1.20 per month.

We offer the option to enable automatic deletion of older recordings. This feature will free up storage and reduce fees by removing recordings after a set period of time.

If you prefer, you can retain the call recordings indefinitely and make adjustments to this at a later time.
